Vrksasana | Tree Pose

This pose requires focus in order to balance, making a great first pose to get you in the zone after a stressful day at work.

It also relieves sciatica and reduces flat feet, as well as stretching your chest and shoulders whilst strengthening your spine.

‘You’ll probably feel unbalanced when you first try this pose, so try to concentrate on something on your wall such as a painting. I’m not sure why but it helps!’

    which blog platform are you using for this website? I’m getting tired of WordPress because I’ve
    had problems with hackers and I’m looking at options for another platform.
    I would be awesome if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.
