Bhujanga | Cobra Pose
Slowly ease into this pose and don’t overdo the back-bend to save yourself from getting an injury.
The cobra pose stretches the chest, shoulders and abdomen whilst strengthening the spine and firming the buttocks. (Who needs to squat?)
