Marjaryasana | Cat Pose

This two-part pose is another back stretcher, aimed at releasing any stress and tension in the spine held during the day.

Going from ‘happy cat’ to ‘angry cat’, provides a gentle massage to the spine and leaves you feeling light and relaxed.

Tip: you don’t want to look like you’re doing a dance rendition of Beyonce’s Crazy in Love, allow your spine to slowly sink to the floor and then to rise slowly to the ceiling.
