Balasana | Child’s pose

The gravitational pull of Child’s pose gently stretches the hips, thighs and ankles, whilst relieving back and neck pain.

The main focus of this pose is your breathing, allow yourself to inhale and exhale deeper than you naturally would.

As you fall deeper into relaxation, feel tension in your spine, shoulders and chest release which has a calming effect, reducing the toll of daily stress and anxiety.

‘Child’s pose calms the mind and body and encourages strong and steady breathing, the perfect solution for a stressful day where chaotic thoughts begin to take over.’ –

  1. Hey there! I know this is kind of off topic but I was wondering
which blog platform are you using for this website? I’m getting tired of WordPress because I’ve
had problems with hackers and I’m looking at options for another platform.
I would be awesome if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.

    1. Hey! Sorry to hear you’ve had problems with hackers. We’re also using WordPress but I know Orianna’s old blog used to be on Blogger, so that might be an alternative for you? Good luck 🙂
