Another rest pose, used to focus on your mental state and calm your mind.
The knee-to-chest pose is especially great after you’ve eaten as it eases indigestion, bloating, acidity and constipation.
However it also a great soothing counter-pose to our previous back bends, slowly relieving any lower back stiffness or pain due to vertebral compression.
