Apanasana | Knee-to-chest pose

Another rest pose, used to  focus on your mental state and calm your mind.

The knee-to-chest pose is especially great after you’ve eaten as it eases indigestion, bloating, acidity and constipation.

However it also a great soothing counter-pose to our previous back bends, slowly relieving any lower back stiffness or pain due to vertebral compression.

‘Sometimes it’s nice to just lie there for 5 minutes and clear your thoughts, you’ll feel blissfully re-balanced after!’ –

    which blog platform are you using for this website? I’m getting tired of WordPress because I’ve
    had problems with hackers and I’m looking at options for another platform.
    I would be awesome if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.

    1. Hey! Sorry to hear you’ve had problems with hackers. We’re also using WordPress but I know Orianna’s old blog used to be on Blogger, so that might be an alternative for you? Good luck 🙂
